✊ Its mission is to promote the emancipation, development, social and/ or professional integration of LGBTQIA+ people (also called Queers) through actions and supports that have a direct and concrete impact on their lives.
🎯 It operates in 6 fields of action: entrepreneurship, employment/training, housing, family, health/well-being, aging/dependency/end of life, through financial support or competence/support (employer relationship, help with administrative formalities, etc.).
🫶 Based on a CSR approach, it develops Le Rézo whose ambition is to federate a set of private companies, health professionals and administrations who are committed to welcoming LGBTQIA+ people with kindness and inclusiveness and to fighting LGBTphobias in the public space (61% of complaints registered by the french Ministry of the Interior in 2023).
🕊️ His approach is secular, apolitical and non-militant.
