Which in turn strengthens our financial agreements made with our customers: No Cure, no Pay! That’s right, contrary to the usual methods in the market where high retainers are required, at Quest for Talent you will only pay a minimum contribution in administrative costs at the start of the assignment, and you will not pay until you will have hired the talent you were looking for.
