Through flagship programmes like TeamForge (a Valheim-based mentoring pilot supported by West Sussex County Council) and Academy of Legends (a Dungeons & Dragons life-skills framework), we equip young people with essential skills in teamwork, communication, reliability, and decision-making, all aligned to the Skills Builder Framework.
