Focus Independent Adult Social Work has been providing training to a number of adult social care providers since becoming a Social Enterprise in 2013 (prior to this as part of the NHS) as well as to our own staff. During 2022, Focus went on to design and develop Quest, our Training and Wellbeing Hub, based in North East Lincolnshire. We offer a multitude of training courses relating to adult social care, social work, professional development and staff mental and physical wellbeing.
In November 2022, we were able to open our fully functioning training floor based on the first floor of Heritage House in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. We can support you with your training needs, further professional development or offer support to run your training courses from our facilities.
