The Concept:
Imagine taking the fun of doing quests in-game and bringing that concept to reality.
What is our goal:
The goal of app is to allow users to create and complete quest posted by other users. Users can earn rewards in the form of money, information or other i.e. a pair of shoes or tickets to the Superbowl.
Supported Platform:
The app will be launched in Apple IOS and on the web (in development). There will be support to launch in Android later but users can use the website which has the same functionality.
Types of Rewards for completing quests:
The quest giver can set what the reward will be. It can be in the form of monetary payment (payment by credit card or paypal or Apple Pay ) or reward through information or other.
An example of an information reward can be anything you want relating to information, whether it is information regarding the code to your safety deposit box or the answer to a math question.
An example of an 'other' reward can be an item (an apple, carrot, car, movie tickets, discount coupon, etc.) or an action (tutor in math for a month, going on a date to the movies... you get the idea).
Parents can even give quests to their kids for finishing their homework.
Companies can give quests to their employees.
The Impact:
Scenario 1:
Imagine going to a foreign country and you run out of cash. You pull up the Quester Circle App and do a search for money quests within 10 km of you. You pick a quest, complete it and the quest creator sends you your reward to your paypal or other form of payments.
Scenario 2:
Imagine you got lost in a forest and need to find a way out. You tried calling the ranger or an emergency number but the signal is bad and keeps breaking up. If you have internet access, you can pull up the Quester Circle App and post a quest for search and rescue. You can set the destination by GPS coordinates you want the quester to complete the task and your requirement. Questers can apply and you can choose which applicant you want to rescue you or you can limit the number of participants and reward on a first come first serve basis.
