Questo is an online discovery and interaction platform for the hiring teams and talents in web technologies. Questo provides a platform that allows skilled developers to showcase their portfolios. Employers can use it to showcase their brand to prospective employees. We empower both hiring teams and job-seekers to discover each other and interact by providing products, tools and services they need to meet their goals. When we were looking for a developer and designer for our start-up, we knew we didn’t want to hire someone from a freelancing site or desperate people from job boards. We needed someone who understood and shared our purpose and commitment. We tried to search for and contact talents using Linkedin. It felt intimidating and unprofessional to send a connection request or in-mail to a stranger without providing them an overall view of your brand, purpose and vision. So, inspite of global connectivity and all sort of different talent discovery options, it’s still really hard to create a genuine interaction between talent and opportunity. We realized there were conversations that needed to happen between those talents and opportunities.
