QuestTP gamifies task completion by allowing users to build and expand their own virtual islands. Users start with a single, piece of land and are guided through a comprehensive tutorial about the currency, task creation, and the entire interface. This initial island area connects to a portal, which transports users to the "open world" where they can explore more captivating worlds, unlocking them through the completion of their tasks. As users progress and unlock new worlds, they acquire materials and currency that can be used to further customize and expand their virtual islands.
