Quick PCB Design services includes: Schematic capture, Bills of Materials, PCB layout files, Netlist, Gerber data, Fabrication & Assembly drawings. Our designers have experience with various PCB CAD systems while our primary tool being Cadence Allegro. During the design cycle, we focus on the following: • Impedance Calculations for matching lines widths and spacing for high speed signals • Layer Stacking Assistant to help with optimum circuit routing • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to ensure the layout will work properly in the assembly and manufacturing process. • Design for Test (DFT) to ensure the layout includes key test points and access locations for board debugging, boundary scan and functional testing requirements.
