For 14 years, Quickly Global has been serving global organizations with services that improve their profitability. The idea to build a services organization of global standard was originally conceived at a Starbucks in Kuala Lumpur. In that summer of 2006, a professionally connected group of Bangladeshis and Malaysians with fifty years of combined experience in leadership, customer service, sales and operation management came together over a cup of Café Verona. After several hours of discussion and cups of coffee, we agreed to form a company in October. When we founded in 2006, we set out to build more than just a company. We wanted to build a community of customers, employees, partners and investors connected through simple values such as customer service, honesty and peace of mind. Today we share a workplace where employees work enthusiastically to advance their lives and serve our customers happily because they have redefined success as a place where personal fulfillment is advocated, not just the bottom line.
