“Quickserve” stands for Customer Delight. It is a Startup into After Sales Service Solution, an Initiative of the Padma Group, to ease service exchange between manufacturer, seller, consumer and service provider (technician). Since inception of “Quickserve” , we have built our in-house platform to ensure Efficiency, Quality and Delight. By 2022 Quickserve would be present in all districts of India, with an objective of delivering last mile after sales service. Our technology, training and processes would help us achieve and sustain this objective by the target timeline. Presently we have 650 plus Service Franchise Network in 600+ Districts of India, a network created by on ground force , backed by the in-house technology platform (Quickserve CRM). Quickserve offering range from Installation, Demo and Repair Services of Mobiles, IT & all Consumer Durable Products Like Electronic Goods, Air Conditioners, Mobile Phones, Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances and Small Home Appliances. In the pursuit of building Eco system for after sales service across India, Quickserve is enabling Youth Training and Development programs for technicians, helpers, back-end support & other relevant trades. It also aims to encourage and empower self-employment in its value chain.
