Quiet Leader

We want to challenge the perception that a good leader has to be loud. This page is dedicated to showcasing that introverts have skills that are key to good and strong leadership - and to expanding our view of what good leadership looks like, in order to elevate performance for everyone. Our goal is that more people will use the quiet and powerful skills of the introvert to become better leaders, and to change the system so that the default of what is considered a good leader is expanded. We want introverts to be proud of their skillset, and not feel they have to change in order to fit an outdated model of what a good leader is or does.
