Wherever you reside, as long as you have a doorway then you can use the system. Quiet Punch is easy to setup, takes less than 1-minute, and has been carefully engineered to be easy on the joints yet withstand tremendous force.
The system consists of 2 lightweight bars and 1 lightweight punching bag. The whole system weighs less than 10lbs.
