Quiet Punch is the first of its kind to offer a quick and easy boxing workout from the comfort of your home. When we say home we mean an apartment or maybe you live in your office. Wherever you reside, as long as you have a doorway then you can use the system. Quiet Punch is easy to setup, takes less than 1-minute, and has been carefully engineered to be easy on the joints yet withstand tremendous force. The system consists of 2 lightweight bars and 1 lightweight punching bag. The whole system weighs less than 10lbs. Quiet Punch looks to become the first product to simulate a boxing workout without having to go into a gym or more specifically a boxing gym. If you happen to be a boxer already, even better!
