1) The Matrix Roof & Wall System:
Matrix involves mechanically fastening multiple layers of our Quik-Therm Air Dry Connect (ADC) panels together to create a continuous exterior insulated wall, floor, or roof assembly. https://quiktherm.com/product/matrix/
Air Dry Connect panels are made of rigid expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation with embedded ¾” plywood furring strips, inherent drainage planes, and perforated metallic polymer facers.
One really important factor is Matrix’s patented thermal bridge free design helps achieve higher Effective R-values vs. conventional systems. And the drainage plane technology allows for drying to the exterior.
2) The 936 Weatherization System:
The 936 System revolutionizes residential construction by rendering OSB, Tyvek, and even the Vapour Barrier unnecessary in many scenarios. With Quik-Therm's innovative embedded 3/4" plywood battens, our product boasts remarkable structural integrity. Consequently, the need for traditional sheathing can be entirely replaced by our solution.
