The focus has been on the development of small and large-scale estates and gated complexes in Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, Garden Route and the greater Cape Town area. This includes a mix of Sectional Title Apartments, Townhouses, large Homes and fully serviced Erven. We are skilled at sourcing sites and recognizing the potential of available land sites for development. We manage the full range of the development life-cycle, including the negotiation of the acquisition, sourcing of finance, the planning and design phase all the way through to the exit of the project. We provide expert oversight into the implementation of projects, the creation and management of project budgets, procedures for correct execution and setting up and managing the appropriate timetables for projects. Whilst our central methodology and processes remain consistent, all projects are created with a new flavor suited to the location and demographic of the area within which the projects are located. We have been known to develop some unique properties while still ensuring the balance between practicality and beauty.
