Quinnergy stands for “Quintessential Inner Energy”. Our focus is to develop an individual’s will and awaken their commitment to being the best that one can be. This, we believe, will enable them to function to their optimum (highest) potential in both their professional and personal world Our premise is simple. We believe that inner will energize values, and values in turn determines how capabilities will be deployed. This is an inside out movement that ensures conviction and commitment. A leader should be able to understand cultural differences, adapt quickly to changes and ensure that they are incorporated in the leadership approach. This requires great resilience, contextual intelligence and inner directedness. We believe it is time to turn to perennial Indic wisdom, whose timeless thinking and philosophies offer tremendous insights into how an individual’s inner core can be developed in order to ensure the individual continuously strives to be “the best one can be”. Quinnergy has drawn from this traditional wisdom, especially as outlined in the great epic Mahabharata, to develop a modular Leadership Development Program across all levels, which allows participants to enhance their inner strengths. Our experience of working with several individuals and organisations has helped us recognize individual transformation comes only from deliberate practice, so we complement our workshops with opportunities for deep reflection and continuous practice.
