Quinta da Raza

Quinta da Raza is a Vinho Verde wine producer and its history goes back to the XVIII Century being in the same family ever since. With a history that goes back to centuries, always linked to the Teixeira Coelho family, Diogo and Mafalda Teixeira Coelho are the 5th generation and are the today’s voice and disciples. The Quinta da Raza preserves the nature and the biodiversity in our environment, strengthening this symbiosis. The many hectares that compose the Quinta da Raza breath familiarity and reflect the dedication, of all the members of the Quinta da Raza team. The Quinta da Raza is located in Peneireiros, in Celorico de Basto, in the Basto sub-region (DOC), Vinho Verde region. The Quinta da Raza has an unique terroir, surrounded by mountains and the river Tâmega that runs through it. The richness of our indigenous grape varieties, our experience and commitment, result in a range of wine's brands as Raza, Dom Diogo and Quinta da Raza with a distinct personality. They are elegant, fresh, well balanced and unique wines due to their heritage. The Quinta da Raza heritage is the soul of our wines.
