QuizSlides Ltd was established in 2011. The company's main product is the innovative multiple-choice test platform QuizSlides.co.uk - relaunched in 2018. It enables quiz questions that have created using PowerPoint or similar to be effortlessly transformed into stylish online quizzes, or learning packages consisting of information slides interspersed with quiz slides. QuizSlides is based on published academic research. It supports "answer until correct" scratchcard-style quizzes for formative assessment, and two novel quiz formats for summative assessment - subset selection and elimination quizzes. The latter two have both been designed to reduce the occurence of guesswork, which makes them well suited to "high stakes" assessment, where test score reliability is a key concern.
