We’ve worked with 300+ businesses, working with CEOs, Managing Directors, Board directors, senior managers and middle managers, right the way through to people in first-line management roles of family and non-family businesses. Learning together among peers is powerful; it’s something our clients tell us they value most. For those who want to, they can also work towards an MBA in running their own company. All of our programmes and courses are practical, meaning you can make a difference in your business immediately, and they offer professional development for you and organisational development for your business. We also offer bespoke programme and course creation for individuals, teams, departments or whole organisation development and are always happy to discuss your development needs. With our partnership with the University of Gloucestershire, we can offer a practical route to achieving a fully accredited and recognised MBA (Leading Business). No previous qualifications are required and there are no exams to sit. Instead, assessment is via a work-based learning mode of study.
