QXY RESOURCES PTE LTD is a specialist in Building Refurbishments and Interior Fit-out based in Singapore. QXY is a A2-graded contractor under the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA). Founded in 2004, QXY started as a small building refurbishment contractor. Today, we have grown steadily to be an established company with a solid track record offering construction services in Addition & Alteration, Repair & Redecoration, Interior Design, and Design & Build. Over the years, QXY has successfully undertaken 100 public and private sector projects, involving close to 170 buildings. Our portfolio includes construction and interior decoration in a variety of sectors ranging from industrial, residential, commercial to institutional buildings. Our business is based on building long-term relationships with clients, partners and sub-contractors, with 70% of our projects coming from repeat clients. QXY is registered under the Building and Construction (BCA) as a Class 1 builder. Our achievement of ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and bizSAFE certifications are testimony to its commitment to quality and strong sense of responsibility. QXY’s progress as a leading Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) was recognised with the Singapore SME 1000 Company award for 6 consecutive years between 2011 to 2016.
