QzIP vision is to provide a crystal clear & Transparent process for creation & administration of Intellectual Property in Blockchain Technology domain.
To translate this vision into reality, we ourselves will be leveraging Blockchain Technology powered smart contracts.
What's in a name?
The first two characters of our name, Qz, is derived from Pure quartz, traditionally called rock crystal or clear quartz, is colorless and transparent or translucent. The next two characters, IP, stands for Intellectual Property.
We are experimenting with a new next generation organization model of the Sharing Economy Age. In this new era, the organizations, will be organized as a loosely coupled social network, rather than a rigid hierarchy. The compensations & incentives will be directly encoded into smart contracts. And, you need not be employed with the organization to contribute to the IP creation and get its rewards.
No more "Stock Options" vapourware, just crypto tokens!
As the royalties from the IP deployed as service, flows in the smart contract divides it equitability as per the Ricardian contract governing the IP.
