Founded outside of Pittsburgh, PA, USA in 1950 as the Ralph A. Hiller Company, the initial focus was distribution of various flow control products. The business quickly evolved to design and supply of the first actuation products for the commercial nuclear power industry in 1966. This evolutionary design methodology is still being applied today to develop innovative new flow control products for Generation III Nuclear Power Plant designs and beyond.
