R P Construction's Native American owner, Roger Pelt, has more than 40 years in commercial and residential construction experience. He started the company in 2008 to better serve the customers/owners with the flexibility to accommodate what the customers/owners really want to see.
Roger Pelt's son, Brandon Pelt, has 9 years of pipeline and industrial work along with 10+ years as a heavy civil project manager/ estimator with a Civil Engineer degree from McNeese State University. Brandon has QC certifications through the Corps of Engineers along with extensive training in OSHA certifications.
We provide the following services:

• Road boring from 3/4" to 36" diameter
