Robert Wallington started in the Executive Recruiting business in 1979 on the Marketing Research/Sales desk with Roth Young in St. Louis. At that time, Roth Young was the leading recruiting firm in the Food Industry. He quickly became one of the top recruiters nationally in the Roth Young system of 35 offices and was promoted to Vice President. In 1990 he opened his own firm in Portland, Oregon. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, he completed his degree from the University of North Texas, and worked in Sales and Sales Management for 5 years with McCormick & Company, Inc.
