During the late sixties and early seventies new policies paved the road for introduction of improved, strong quality standards for childcare environments and new educational curricula for pedagogues in Denmark.
Initially occurring in Denmark and Scandinavia, these developments set forth new standards for quality childcare and childcare products.
Developed specifically for children
As a result of this development, demand arose for products designed around the developmental needs of children parallel to stringent mandatory product safety standards.
