Racaw have been designing and manufacturing motion control stages and systems since 2003.
We manufacture a wide range of precision linear motion stages with travel ranging from 5mm up to 5 meters (or more!) with accuracy of position down to as little as 0.010µm.
Rotary stages are available using belt or worm drive to give a backlash free motion.
These stages are able to be incorporated to give single axis movement or any combination of motion required, for example X/Y or X/Y/Z with rotation on any axis.
Racaw are able to provide customised standard stages to suit customers applications.
Special stages are often designed and can include gantry and open frame elements into their design.
Metrology applications for automated inspection (500 to 4000mm) have been designed and built from precision lapped granite assemblies.
