Race Reflections

WE ARE A COMMUNITY We are a growing community of thinkers, practitioners and organisers seeking to rethink inequality, injustice and oppression, their impact on our psychological worlds and on the world around us. Race Reflections is also a bank of deeply challenging articles and disruptive learning and development/consultancy. WE ARE DISRUPTORS We are D&I disruptors because we believe that much D&I provision entrenches or reproduces structural inequality, fosters dissociation rather than connection and fails to engage with the lived experience of inequality, injustice and oppression. We exist to challenge much taken for granted D&I ‘wisdom’ and to help you rethink and reduce inequality, injustice and oppression interpersonally, structurally and often too, internally. WE ARE THOROUGH Our services draw from academic insights from psychology, psychoanalysis, group analysis and sociology. Where relevant we draw from neuroscience and neuropsychology. We keep empirical findings in mind at all times but engage with them critically as we centre lived experiences. WE ARE CHANGED-FOCUSED We leave you with practical steps you can take. We only focus on high impact topics, those we KNOW are going to make the most difference to you when tackling inequality, injustice and oppression.
