Rachael’s Ink was founded by Rachael Sink in 2017, shortly after she completed her master’s degree program at Southern New Hampshire University. Realizing the need for freelance content writers and social media marketers in her community, she began developing Rachael’s Ink to assist small to medium-sized businesses in their social marketing efforts.
However, in 2020, like many other small businesses, she had to pivot due to the pandemic and find work. That led her to gain employment at an Elite HubSpot Partner Agency.
In 2022, Rachael accepted a role with HubSpot as an Inbound Consultant, where she gained deep product knowledge and honed her Customer Success and Consultancy skills with mainly software companies using HubSpot.
In 2023, Rachael was faced with a loss of employment due to another casualty in the tech layoffs that began in late 2022. Faced with that, she decided that she would relaunch Rachael's Ink. But, this time, we shifted our focus from social media marketing and content to a RevOps (flywheel) marketing and sales agency. Mainly focused on helping B2B software companies grow their business with HubSpot.
