Founded in 2015, Rachelle The Rabbit Distillery is a Singapore-based largest distillery dedicated to fusing Southeast Asia’s native ingredients with Western distillation techniques to create modern spirits with an Asian soul and a global perspective.
Rooted in the cultural heritage of the region, we work with ingredients rarely used in the world of spirits - such as gula melaka (palm sugar), honey, and rice, to reinvent the flavor expression of traditionally Western spirits. This is not only a reimagination of taste, but a reframing of cultural perspective.
We believe that Asian flavors deserve to be represented on their own terms - boldly, authentically, and with intention. Through every drop we ferment and distill, we invite the world to rediscover the depth, heritage, and imagination of this region.
