Radical Bio is the therapeutics division of Immuto Scientific, built to advance a proprietary pipeline and forge discovery partnerships across oncology, immunology, and other disease areas. Radical Bio is discovering and developing first-in-class biologics by targeting structural changes—rather than sequence or expression—in cell surface proteins. Our proprietary Rover Target Discovery and RADAR Structural Epitope Discovery platforms combine high-resolution proteomics, live-cell structural analysis, and AI-enabled computation to map Surface Protein Conformers (SPCs) – disease-specific structural states of cell surface proteins that are invisible to conventional genomics and proteomics. These conformational insights unlock first-in-class, epitope-specific therapeutics with the potential for exceptional precision, safety, and translational success.
