Radicle Coaching provides 1:1 leadership and life coaching, organizational facilitation, and basic coaching training. Radicle is here to connect people and organizations to their values and purpose to create greater effectiveness and intentionality. Radicle Coaching, LLC started as one of Torin Widhammer’s day dreams in 2014. The core of this dream is living in a world where people are deeply connected to themselves and acutely aware of their impact on the world around them. Here at Radicle Coaching we believe: -Everyone can live a fulfilling and meaningful life. There is work to be done to make this possible. -People are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. -The best answers for your life’s or team’s biggest questions will come from within and that our work is to help you discover those answers for yourself. -We all, Radicle team included, need support. Radicle has had the pleasure of working with state and national organizations, schools, and nonprofits as well as hundreds of individuals.
