We are Radiqs, a foundation dedicated to promoting inclusive communication in healthcare. Our goal is to raise collective awareness of how unconscious biases affect communication between healthcare providers and patients and to turn this awareness into concrete action.
To achieve this, we offer intensive communication training for all healthcare professionals. In these trainings, we explore techniques for inclusive communication and discuss the unconscious assumptions that influence our interactions.
Our aim is to foster open conversations about personal biases and how increasing our awareness contributes to inclusive communication.
