At RADIUS, we advise building owners and design professionals on ways to shape buildings and sites to help protect you from crime. We do this through a process we call INFORMED DESIGN--with a foundation in research and scholarship, systematically applying good practices in design focused on crime reduction. The approach: configure buildings and sites to dissuade intruders and deter offenders from committing crime, with a reduced incidence of violence, theft, vandalism, and other forms of antisocial behavior. And resulting in a greater peace of mind, sense of security and well-being for legitimate users of a property. + For proposed new construction projects, we offer pre-planning advice to determine potential opportunities for crime reduction strategies. + For buildings and sites in the process of design, we offer design reviews to identify areas where possible improvements can be made before construction begins. + For existing facilities, we offer assessments to point out locations where changes can be made to enhance security.
