As part of the global movement responding to the worldwide affordable housing issue and humanitarian crises, RadixCube has the aspiration to make an impact through Real Estate. A for-profit social enterprise with the mission to create sustainable, inclusive communities through development of affordable housing and social programs in city centers of post crisis areas. The business model uses mixed-use real estate as a sustainable source of relief for locals and displaced persons. Profits generated from leasing and/or selling will give a return to our investors and reinvested into funds, to make humanitarian aid and social impact programs less reliant on donor aid.
