RadStrong coaching was started by Dr. Kaustubh Radkar a 17 time Ironman finisher across all continents with the vision of creating a healthy platform for Indians but rest of the world to train for different sports. A Johns Hopkins trained rehabilitation specialist Dr Radkar moved to India in December 2013, and has worked selflessly in motivating people across all age groups, walks of life to take up an active lifestyle. Our Philosophy at RadStrong is that every individual is unique and anyone who comes to us is a celebrity in our books. We create programs that are based on a scientific approach with a correct blend of adequate rest and recovery. Where RadStrong differs from other coaching platforms, is the active involvement of our coaches in continuous guidance based on recent techniques in the world of sports nutrition, rest, recovery, sports medicine and of course training programs. From Pune our home ground to metros in India Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkotta, Guwahati to interior towns like Ahmednagar, Kolhapur,Hubli, Jalgoan, Beed RadStrong has a presence. We also have clients in UK, USA, Germany and other countries world-wide.Our athletes have made us proud by finishing half marathons, marathons, Ultramarathons like Comrades, Half Ironmans and of course Full Ironmans.
