RadSupply provides educational assistance for radiographers who are currently working overseas in order to help with the transition into UK practice. RadSupply is ran by radiographers, for radiographers and is directed by a senior radiographer with extensive experience of working with international radiographers and a Lecturer of radiographer art a UK university. Our education modules cover various aspects of radiography practice including Image quality, CPD Expectations, Radiographic practice, positioning and legislations. We also provide education related to expectations of working in a UK hospital and what to expect when working in a pandemic. \ Our initial package consists of 9 modules, with further optional modules in areas such as additional modalities and interview preparation. All modules are accompanied by a robust assessment which must be passed. We work with both hospitals and international radiographers to ensure the right candidate is placed with the right site, through our rigorous application process which ensures the radiographer has all the necessary qualifications and is suitably registered to [practice as a radiographer in the UK. We specialise in placing radiographers in the following areas:- - Plain film/General radiography - CT - MRI We also offer a package that is aimed at radiographers that are currently working in the UK that are having difficulty transitioning into the UK. For example if a radiographer is taking longer than expected to complete the probation, having continued issues in certain areas or radiographers needing more additional support than staffing allows we can help.
