Our High Shear Compaction process offers unique benefits when compared to other tape forming processes. We offer development services, toll-manufacturing and complete turn-key manufacturing systems. We maintain a development laboratory in Winchendon, MA as well as a full service machine shop in San Diego, CA. We have many decades of experience in forming and processing ceramic and metal tapes. We offer out-sourced process development as well as processing machines. Extreme thickness control, high density or porous tapes, efficient hi-volume or small development quantities, thin tapes formed with doctor blade casting machines with tolerances of +/- 1µm to thick tapes >0.5" in a single layer. Tape trimmings can be re-processed directly back into tape! We also offer an out sourced prototype design and fabrication service for machines and tooling.
