We have designed a model that consists of several stages. It begins with diagnosing process inefficiencies, followed by system design and preparing a Request For Proposal (RFP) based on the identified issues. In the final stage, technology selection is carried out using a customized approach. This selection process ranges from utilizing ready-made tools to semi-customizable technologies like MS CRM, and for organizations with sufficient maturity, we utilize system builders (in Iran we called BPMS Systems). If the mentioned tools do not meet the requirements, our team is capable of developing the requested technology from scratch. ---- ما مدلی رو طراحی کردیم که شامل چند بخش هست. از عارضهیابی فرآیندها شروع میشه و در مرحله بعد طراحی سیستم و تهیه Request For Proposal (RFP) براساس عارضههای شناسایی شده انجام خواهد شد. در مرحله آخر هم انتخاب تکنولوژی براساس مدل شخصیسازی شده انجام میشه. در این انتخاب از ابزارهای آماده تا تکنولوژیهای نیمه آماده مثل MS CRM و در صورت وجود بلوغ سازمانی از سیستمسازها استفاده میکنیم. در صورتیکه ابزارهایی که اسم بردیم پاسخگویی نیاز نبودن، تیم ما توانایی توسعه از ابتدای تکنولوژی درخواستی رو داره
