As a family restaurant in many ways, we were founded as a way to keep our family working together while also sharing our culture and culinary traditions. Everything at Raik Mediterranean is made with love and from scratch. We use expertly sourced and locally grown ingredients, many from Chef Usman’s backyard, including the finest quality olive oil in every dish, from hummus and baba ghanoush to tabbouleh and falafel.
