Our core technology is a Distributed Power, Energy Harvesting and Traction (D-PEHT) system. The RailHaul D-PEHT system is deployable across multiple freight rail applications. Applied to existing freight rolling stock, D-PEHT is integrated via the standard signals from the control locomotive.
RailHaul is also working with clients that require a purpose designed and built rail shuttle system (for example the Halifax Port Authority). In these cases, RailHaul – through its technology partners - is integrating sensors and controls with the self-propelled freight rail cars to provide for remote operation of “RailHaul Shuttles”.
