Redevelopment of a large brownfield site in downtown White River Junction, Vermont, with four buildings totaling 64,000 sq. ft. into a mixed-use urban quarter. Primary use is New Tech with four companies (three local start-ups and one employee-owned), and OnTrack co-working space for a total of 160 workers. Secondary use is Residential with 17 affordable apartments and five market-rate, loft-style condos. Two specialty retailers and the Vermont Regional Economic Development Authority complete the urban mix in the heart of the historic village which continues to serve passenger and commercial rail traffic.
