Railside Robotics

Railside Robotics was founded so that Purdue students (and anyone else interested) would have the resources and support to build competition ready “battlebot” type robots. Railside Robotics exists as a way for students to gain hands-on experience in the engineering process by collaborating on something durable and awesome. Other contributing reasons for the club’s creation are developing teamwork and management skills, manufacturing skills, school spirit, and last but not least because the founders of the club believe that battlebots are fun. Our club’s values are teamwork, lifelong learning, professional practice, and innovation.
