Railway Project Services has been formed by a group of project managers from a variety of railway backgrounds – from freight to TOCs and law. We combine this experience to offer a breadth and depth of service that rivals teams from large consultancies whilst offering the flexibility and commitment of a smaller organisation. Having decades of experience in the delivery of railway schemes gives us a deep understanding of technical and legislative requirements of projects, matched with practical experience formed through successful delivery.
We see real strength in a specialist railway project organisation that has a deep understanding of specific client needs and is able to readily adapt when these change. We also aim to work with our railway clients to help develop ideas and needs to provide better cost and time certainty at earlier project stages.
