We aim to utilise our skills and passion for working with individuals, to encourage and help them discover their own motivation to reach their highest potential. We offer consulting, training, coaching and supervsion services in the following areas of behavioural science: - Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) - in schools and adult support services. Supporting staff teams to support individuals to have the best quality of life. - Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM) - for any industry and orgranisation requiring support to increase productivity, safety and staff team quality of life. - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - Supporting individuals and groups to understand their values and how to take action towards them despite potential internal and external obsticles that may cause them to struggle (worrying, anxious or depressive thoughts and emotional and behavioural difficulties). - Early or intensive behavioural intervention (E/IBI) - to support families of young children with ASD or other developmental difficulties to build their skills to access education environments, the community and have a meaningful and enriched quality of life. - Supervision - Formal RBT, BCaBA or BCBA or informal supervision of management teams, therapy teams, professional teams and practitioners.
