We believe in quality and not quantity when it comes to recruitment / job placement process. We explain our Terms & Conditions to our candidates from stage 1 of the job application process. Only if the candidate agrees to our Terms & Conditions, then only we proceed further onto the next stage of the application process. We aim to provide 100% employment to our clients requirements within a limited time period. We provide candidates / employees on contract and fixed term basis. Our recruitment / job placement processes are thorough and in detail with 4 steps i.e. Step 1 - Study the requirement Upon receiving the requirement from our client, we first study the job position and its roles. Then we evaluate the set of skills and experience required to perform the job role at its best. Step 2 - Hunting for Talent In this process, we match the best suitable skills of the candidates along with the job requirements. Once we have found the matching profiles, we conduct interviews; do reference-checks and later shortlist the candidates for the job interview process with the client. Step 3 - Interview process with Client After the informal checks and shortlisting process, we forward the details of the shortlisted candidates to the clients for recruitment purposes. After receiving the response from the client, we then arrange the job interview schedule according to the client’s convenience. Step 4 - Job Agreement process The chosen candidate is then required to enter with an agreement of our company’s policies, which covers a vast area of employment period, employment ethics, submission of original documents (if required) and so on.
