Rainbow's End is a registered charity that runs a series of social enterprises in the Hamilton Burlington area. We prioritize employment opportunities for people living with mental illness in our; landscaping and deck restoration, coffee shop, property and grounds cleaning, and specialty sewing businesses.
Having been federally incorporated since 1997 Rainbow's End, the umbrella corporation transformed from a traditional charity to a real work, real business and dynamic social enterprise in 2010. The teams at Rainbow's End are lead by experienced team-leaders and managers, many of whom started as regular team-members. The employees are given training when necessary, they are paid market rates, and they provide professional services to our large base of residential and commercial clients.
Rainbow's End is governed by a voluntary board of directors who have oversight into the governance, management and operations of the operation
