Tanzania - Mpingo Conservation & Development Initiative:
Mpingo guides 40 villages with sustainable forest management under the standards of FSC. The proceeds from logging go to the entire village and go to education, care, agriculture etc.
Sumatra: Sumatran Orangutang Society (SOS)
SOS protects the Sumatran orangutans, their forests and future. Sumatran orangutans are seriously threatened and without urgent action the orangutan dies out. Rainforest Projects is a Beautiful Cups initiative.
