At Rainhill, we see what others don’t. Infrastructure doesn’t happen in a vacuum; it involves communities, con- tractors and subcontractors, departments, customers, politicians and the media. Our senior experience on both sides of the fence in both government and the private sector gives us a unique understanding of the challenges and needs of every stake- holder, and therefore what success looks like.
