About Rainier Entertainment
With over a decade of success in A&R at major labels, Laurel Kittleson-Cobb was ready to start her own company. After 7 years in the A&R department of Big Machine Label Group, where she signed Brett Young and worked with artists like Thomas Rhett and Reba, and then another 3 years at Curb Records scouting talent and finding songs for their artists, in August 2021 Laurel launched her own consulting company, Rainier Entertainment.
