Communities of color are left out of every important issue of the day, particularly in the Rainier Valley. Organizations seeking to fix this face many barriers to building capacity – particularly funding, staffing, and a lack of time. RVC seeks to train passionate, emerging leaders to build capacity and creates opportunities for collaboration within these communities.
