The RAISA, Rohingya youth led association of Southeast Asia, spearheaded by a Rohingya Feminist with over 12 years of experience in Myanmar's Rakhine State, is at the forefront of this solidarity movement. Initiated by a network of seven Rohingya women actively engaged in Rakhine State, the association boasts members from thirteen civil society organizations and one Rohingya Youth led Media channel across Southeast Asia, particularly Myanmar, Bangladesh, India and Malaysia. Presently, the association comprises over 40 members, including 10 women and 30 men. So far this network's interconnectedness not only fortifies collective advocacy efforts but also bolsters the resilience of the Rohingya community, creating a potent force for transitional justice advocacy, awareness-raising, and international support garnering. This strategic connectivity fostered among Rohingya youths facilitates the exchange of resources, knowledge, and best practices. This collaborative effort is poised to significantly enhance the community's capacity to collectively address the multifaceted challenges confronting them.
